Crewy provides software that enables businesses to communicate with customers who have submitted a service request.

If you submit a service request and provide your phone number to be contacted, you may receive text messages from the business regarding that request. Messages are sent by the business in response to your inquiry using Crewy's software.

These messages are conversational and service-related only. They may include:

  • Responses to your inquiry
  • Quotes or pricing information
  • Scheduling coordination
  • Appointment confirmations
  • Service reminders
  • Follow-up questions related to your request

Crewy does not send unsolicited marketing or promotional text messages.

2. How You Opt In

You receive messages only after you:

  • Submit a service request, or
  • Provide your phone number to a business for follow-up regarding a service inquiry

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive conversational text messages from the business related to that specific request.

Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with the business.

3. How to Opt Out

You can cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message.

After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation message. You will no longer receive messages unless you initiate a new request.
